PURCHASING ITEMS

1. Select the items required and add to Cart.

2. Enter the recipient's PRN on the Checkout page.

3. Make payment and add the recipient's prison address.

4. Email support@jc45a.com a scanned copy of the recipients' Approved Property Form.

PRODUCT FULFILMENT

1. We receive the order, match the scanned copy of the property form and prepare a receipt.

2. We pick and pack all the items purchased and organise courier to pick them up.

3. The approved property form would be placed in the parcel with the items purchased.

3. An email would be sent to you and the recipient's eprisoner email address.

4. A further email would be sent to notify you and the recipient that the parcel has been delivered.
